What is a vector file?
Unlike regular image files, which can get blurry when resized, vectors stay sharp no matter how big or small you scale them.
Vector files have the following extension at the end of the file name: .ai, .eps, .svg, and sooome .pdf's.
But here's the trick: for a file to be truly vector, the elements inside need to be vector too, not just the file name saying so.
What if I don't have a vector file?
No stress! Our design team can get your design redrawn in the correct format to make sure we get the best print result for your order.
We offer a flat rate $55 + GST per design vectorising service that you'll be able to add to cart in the check out.
What are the minimum order quantities?
We know, minimum order quantities can sometimes be annoying, but they're necessary.
They allow us to produce a great product because we can spend more time on each design, use better print techniques and also give you a great price per piece!
Our minimum order for printing and embroidery starts at 4 units.
How long does it take?
How long is the post taking at the moment is more like it!
Shipping times from our suppliers can effect us but your order will usually be completed within 14 business days from artwork approval.
Do you charge set up fee's?
If we can avoid it - we don't!
Embroidery is the main product that has a set up fee. You can learn more about in on our services page.
Otherwise, if you've got print ready artwork you usually won't have to pay a set up fee.
How durable are your prints?
As long as you follow the care instructions, our prints aren't going to crack go walk about on you!
We use the most advanced digital transfer printing technology available to make sure our digital transfers are the best you can buy, and good luck getting rid of our screen prints!
Can I bring my own garments?
Our partnerships with leading brands usually means we can supply a better garment, at a better price for you.
We understand you might have a specific brand or style you like and we don't offer. In that case get in touch with us and we'll make sure we can look after you!
What does the order process look like?
Ordering via our website is the easiest way to order custom branded merch or uniforms.
Once you've selected your garment, uploaded your design and placed your order, you can chill out! We'll send you a proof within 2 business days and once accepted we'll get cracking on your order!
